I love to meet and interact with the fabulous community of disc golfers around the globe. Someday, maybe I’ll stop by your home course and play your league night, but your odds are better if you contact me and schedule something during a time when I will be near your home area. I typically plan extra events Monday through Wednesday, but there are a few weekends still available for 2018. Check out my schedule and let me know what you had in mind on the form below. Here are some examples of ways we can get together:
I offer coaching services for individuals or groups of 2-4. My teaching specialties are sidearm and putting, but I offer beginner to intermediate level coaching for all skills. Lessons include an evaluation of your current skills with video, goal discussions, and technical instruction. I will follow up the lesson with an emailed video analysis of your new technique, as well as explanations of the new technique and a suggested game plan for making improvements.
I can accommodate larger groups with a clinic, focused on one or more skills. Afterward, we could play a fun doubles round, throw for a few CTPs, or compete in a putting challenge so participant have a chance to win some swag! This is a great service a pro shop, league or club can provide for their local golfers.
This is an informal, social format where I am available during a specified time & place to meet and chat with disc golf enthusiasts in your area. Typically, I’ll answer questions about anything disc golf related, sign discs, take pictures and get to know the local players! This type of event is most effective at a retail store that sells discs, but is also great for a leagues, tournaments or other disc golf related events.
This event is a demonstration of disc products and disc golf shots where I throw and explain different flight concepts of disc golf and discuss the types of discs and plastics needed to produce a variety of shots. Then, attendees would have the opportunity to try out different molds to see which ones they liked and ask questions about molds and plastics. This is heavily focused on educating players about different molds, plastic types, and shot shapes, as well as discussing how to make sure your bag has all the tools you need. This is a great marketing option for a pro shop to help bring local players into their shop and teach them some new information, giving them added incentive to make a purchase related to one of the topics we discussed.
